Very bright! 4 and 1/2 condo on the 2nd floor of a condominium of 8 units. The building is elevated from the street which makes the accommodation very bright with a clear view. Only one owner since its construction in 2012.

Large unit including living room & open concept kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a separated shower, and space for washer/dryer. Soundproofed, the condo is located in a quiet area, a few minutes walking from Sauvé metro/train stations and bus stops, as well as having quick access to highways 40, 19, and 15.

  • Nice and quiet balcony facing the backyard (BBQ allowed)
  • Abundant storage (Locker with access from the balcony, Walk-in in the master bedroom)
