On the top floor of a building of 3 with a common entrance at the front and an exterior staircase at the back.

Large skylights in the open area with large windows in the living room. Very well acoustically insulated building.

Outdoor parking right back. Outdoor storage space upstairs.

Some local good points :

  • 800 meters from Henri-Bourassa station
  • Near from Promenade Fleury and from Quartier FLO (St. Fleury West.)
  • Near the big Ahuntsic Park (Maurice Richard)
  • Direct access to Laval by the Viau bridge.
