Charming, sunny condo on the top floor with large balcony, skylight, and parking. The condo includes 2 bedrooms, a large open area, a bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and a balcony ideal for your BBQ! The condo is well maintained (second owner since construction, non-smoking). Quick occupancy is possible.

The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate a queen bed and your dressers. There is a door to the balcony.

The secondary bedroom is very bright with its windows facing southwest. There is a large Pax wardrobe (included).

The kitchen is well maintained and functional with a breakfast bar.

The open area includes the living room and the dining room, which can accommodate an L-shaped sofa and a square table for 8 people. It is also very bright with its large windows facing southwest and its skylights. There is also the wall-mounted air conditioner.

Your balcony accommodates a private storage space. It overlooks an alley with trees. No traffic from neighbors on your balcony and view over the adjacent buildings since you are on the top floor.

Your outdoor parking is at the back just in front of the stairs. It is plowed in the winter.

The co-ownership is well administered with contingency funds.
