Large condo renovated in 2010, conveniently located on Saint-Denis Street just north of Highway 40 (Cremazie Boulevard). Quick and easy access to Montreal's main highways, while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Several green spaces are also accessible on foot or by bike (Jarry Park, Henri-Julien Park) as well as the Orange Line Metro which is a 2-minute walk away (Crémazie Nord station). Easy parking with or without vignette. Walk score at 90%.

The condo is located in a half basement very well lit and quiet. The large open area which is the main room is very convenient for receptions. It is oriented towards the sun most of the day. The kitchen also has a large central island that will allow you to cook comfortably while having enough storage space for your pots and pans.

The huge master bedroom with double walk-in provides tranquility and privacy. It could easily be split to provide a third bedroom at the condo. A second bedroom that can also be used as an office is currently furnished with a king bed. The laundry room, which is extremely usefull, is located in front of the master bedroom.
