The property is one of the few on the neighboring streets that is completely detached. As such, it allows for incomparable natural light throughout the inside of the house. It also offers the opportunity to cultivate lovely garden-like spaces all around its exterior perimeter.

 

 

The views of the vast Parc des Hirondelles, be it from the property's first floor, ground floor or the basement, provides peaceful beauty morning or night and this during fall, winter, spring or summer.

 

With the nearby schools and play areas, the property's positioning has an incalculable value for children's ongoing growth environment as well as the parent's effortless quality of life.

 

Both the property's basement and first floors have been used (by our family) and only the upstairs apartment is rented. That said, the basement area was and continues to be completely functional. As a result, a separated living space, for rental or specific privacy from the first floor, would be readily possible.

 

Renovations have been performed throughout the years, principally in the basement and first floor. Plumbing was state of the art using copper throughout.
