Amazing, semi-detached duplex for sale located in the area of Cartierville, with a huge list of renovations done (list below)! It has 3 parking spaces in the driveway on the right of the building! It had taken months to completing all the renovations on the 2nd floor (the apartment looks fresh & stunning now that it's completed) and the rest of the building and finally everything is completed!
