The setting:

Bus lines on the house's doorstep will take you to Henri Bourassa or Côte Vertu metro stations within 15 minutes. The proximity of Highway 15 will allow you to reach the Laurentians in less than half an hour; or you can use the bike lanes that run in front of the house to bike through the beautiful surrounding parks and, for the fittest, the "P'tit train du Nord".
