Nice cottage in Ahuntsic neighbourhood, located in the north of Montreal island, at a few steps from Fleury Street.

The property has a total living area of 1,788 ft2 with a completely finished basement. The ground floor is an open contemporary style area. All floor coverings are hardwood.

There are a lot of storage spaces in the many drawers as well as in the kitchen cabinets, all equipped with dampers and dividers. A kitchen island also allows a lot of storage and conviviality by its bar-style design. Appliances in the kitchen are included: Bertazzoni gas stove, Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and Samsung dishwasher are clean and functional. All the bulbs installed in the house are LED, for the sake of energy consumption.

Porcelain covers the heated floor of the bathroom on the 2nd floor, a significant source of comfort. Each floor has a bathroom or a shower room. Each room has been designed and developed to maximize the space available.

Gravel parking is available in the courtyard and a cedar patio. A back alley, shared by pedestrians and cars, gives access to the backyard.

Located near Highway 19, easy access to other provincial roads such as 40, 440 and 15. Public transportation easily accessible via Fleury Street and Sauvé Street, 10 minutes from Sauvé metro by bus. A bike path bounds the street to the park of the visitation, several parks are also accessible by foot as well as by bike.
