Very spacious, lots of light, corner condo, situated on the fourth floor with two-sided balcony, granite kitchen countertop with hardwood contemporary cabinets, large wine rack, roll-out pantry drawers. Ceramic entrance with a large closet. Two lockers in the garage and one on the fourth floor next to the entrance. New windows, patio door, flooring throughout 2019. Dual heat and cool air conditioner, garbage shoot.
Very sought out area close to the highway, shopping mall, Costco, pharmacy, bus, in a cul-de-sac with lots of parking for visitors available on street. Close to park with soccer field, dog park, track and field, exercise machines, kiddy and adult pool, baseball field and tennis court. Well kept common areas with healthy condo funds.
