The ground floor is open concept with wood burning fireplace
which complies with the new standards of the city of Montreal.

The master bedroom with large walk-in closet has direct access to the bathroom.

Possibility of a bachelor which would be accessible from the inside as well as an independent entrance from the outside. It is currently occupied by the owner.
