1.    Large and new apartment has two bedrooms, built in 2014, both are very new, bright master bedroom has two windows and walk-in storage room, large bathroom and living room, big balcony for BBQ. GYM, security monitoring system and private locker inside the condo, low condo fee includes hot water, snow removal, planting outside and almost everything you need.

2.    Very very good location, 5 minutes walk to MUHC Hospital, 8 minutes walk to Vendom metroe and train station, 10 minutes drive to supermarket and shopping mall, 15 minutes drive to downtown, 100 meters from CPE, famous primary school and park, very close to community centre, private daycare, restaurants,  and famous Sherbrooke Street, convenient transportation, direct school bus to Concordia University passes by the door, near highways 15 ,20 and 720.
