Owners’ comments

Spacious condo (two closed bedrooms), the second floor of a three-story recent construction (2007) with only 4 properties, ideally located for public transportation, within a few minutes walking distance of Vendome train and metro station (orange line) in NDG, near to the new McGill Mega-hospital, adjacent to Westmount and minutes from downtown, close to all commodities and services.

Located in cul-de-sac, green area in the front and back of the house, small fenced side yard, open-area concept living-room-kitchen-dining-room, bathroom with separate shower and Roman bath, air exchanger, laundry-room inside the condo.

Plenty of storage space, walk-in in bedrooms, all up to date, a Juliet balcony-type forward and a large balcony with a shed-type storage backward, large windows, all floors are dark brown wooden, and ceramic in kitchen, laundry-room and bathroom.

No dedicated parking place for the unit, but possibility of free parking on the street in front of the building; street with no traffic (cul de sac).
