Discover our very spacious condo with 10 foot high ceilings, large windows, excellent soundproofing, absolutely charming and stylish super clean and very well maintained.

Ideal location, a few minutes from downtown Montreal, located in a concrete building, close to all services required to meet your needs.

All appliances are available (stove, fridge, microwave oven with integrated hood and dishwasher all in stainless steel, washer (Samsung, 2018) and dryer). Curtains and shades have all been personalized for the unit.

Wall-mounted air conditioning/heat pump (Mitsubishi Electric-Energy Star, installed in summer 2019), electric and convection heating, alarm system, and sprinkler system.

Several storage spaces are available in the apartment (also custom additions), as well as in the basement of the building (locker).

Intercom system at the entrance of the building, change in 2020, elevator, upstairs garbage chute, concierge service. Surveillance cameras on each floor of the building and in the basement.

You will be at:

  • 5 minutes walk from three large hospitals: the Jewish General Hospital, Saint Mary's Hospital and Sainte-Justine Hospital, clinics, laboratory, and CLSC.
  • 15 minutes walking distance from HEC and Université de Montréal universities and 10 minutes by car from Polytechnique and Concordia universities.
  • 10 minutes walk from Brébeuf College, college international Marie France, College Notre-Dame elementary and secondary schools, kindergarten and daycare centers.
  • In the front of the building, the Pharmaprix and Jean-Coutu pharmacies.
  • A few minutes' walk from banks, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping center, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Second Cup.
