Amazing view over Mount Royal, large windows that allow you to admire the sunrise.

Bus stop at the door and a few minutes walk from the Summit Circle. The building is a concrete building with an elevator, soundproofed, well maintained.

Exclusive storage space is included in the basement of the building. The unit also includes an exclusive indoor parking space. 

*Please note, Ridgewood Avenue is one of the first streets to be cleared of snow following a storm so that all buildings are accessible by ambulances in case of emergency. 

*The unit was entirely renovated by the previous owner in 2010 including kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floors. 

*Foundation of the building redone in 2016. Brickwork was done on the property in 2018 and 2019. Surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building, Intercom system changed in 2020. 

*Monthly fees ($449 / month) for undivided co-ownership include heating, hot water, municipal and school taxes, as well as current expenses: maintenance of common areas, contribution to the contingency fund, concierge services.
