A spacious entrance with 2 large wardrobes, gives onto a living space surprising by its brightness. A functional kitchen with multiple cupboards, modern design, a large granite countertop, and high-end appliances included. The engineered floor is made of maple and made in Canada. A large triangle terrace allows panoramic views of l'Oratoire St. Joseph and an outdoor garden. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom including two sinks, a glass shower, and a deep bath.
