Owners’ comments
Exceptional location for this upper duplex in a dead end street with mature trees. The two parallel streets are also dead ends. Car circulation comes from the residents only, so children could play in the street in security. Singing birds instead of car noises.
Private entrance and furnace. Electrical system is of 100 amperes (2003). Water pipes are in copper (2017). Hot water heating with natural gas.
Very appreciable, the 4711 is a few meters from Marie de France College (preschool, elementary, up to college). Children don't even have to cross a street to get to school.
Even though the apartement benefits from a very quiet environnement, all services are close, at walking distance from Snowdon subway, bus stops, markets, drugstores, restaurants, hospitals. Downtown is at 15 minutes by Côte-des-Neiges and highway is less than 1 kilometer away.
Sunshine gets in the living room in the morning, then gets into bedrooms to end in kitchen and dining room at the end of day.
