Located in Montreal's Notre-Dame de Grâce district, this beautiful Tudor-style cottage (1946) was renovated over the years (invoices in support) with quality materials.  Typical European construction, the cinder blocks are seated on a poured concrete foundation and extend up to the attic. The large backyard offers the opportunity to build an extension to the home and have a pool while still having space for a pleasant backyard. 

The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The solid wood entrance door opens on the ground floor. The large kitchen (redone in 2012) with a heated floor is located at this level. The counter and the kitchen island are made of polish concrete. Also, the dining room and the living room are next to it, creating a dynamic space during evenings with family and friends.
