In the heart of the village, this condo is very well located, 1.5 km from Dorval train station and 20 km from downtown Montreal. Far enough from the highway and the airport to not be bothered by noise while being within minutes of both services.

All concrete building providing excellent durability and strength as well as excellent sound insulation. Lots of storage space inside the condo. Top of the line finish with quartz countertops. Elevator just steps from the indoor parking and the front door of the condo.

The two parking spaces are side by side and easy to access. Additional storage space in the basement. Modest condo fees because there is no special service outside of essential common areas. Tight management at the common area maintenance level and a lot of effort put into ensuring a good harmony between the residents. Pharmacy and acupuncture service on site. Medical clinic in front.
