The most beautiful PENTHOUSE in Dorval is for sale!
With a splendid view and located on the top floor of the Le Quatrième project, the unit #609 is easily the most surprising of the entire project!
This unit offers 1231 square feet (1338 square feet off-plan) of perfect cohesion between the materials chosen throughout the rooms.
The open concept of the condo is simply beautiful. Its 32,5 feet length allows different views which only a corner unit can offer.
Built recently and very little inhabited, this unit is like new and, with the subtle touches made during the construction in 2020, its quality far exceeds the vast majority of recent constructions.
We will want to pay particular attention to the ceramics, quartz, special shower, laundry room, lighting, plumbing, central A/C, storage spaces, and the freestanding IDEA bath, a rarity in new condos.
The BOSCH high-tech appliances, perfectly adapted curtains, and certain furniture designated to marry in the set can be negotiated in the sale (except the piano)!
With a breathtaking view of Lake Saint-Louis, the heated rooftop pool is simply perfect! There is also a training space available, an indoor parking space dedicated to unit 609, a storage space in the basement, and a common space for bicycles.
