Corner unit on the 10th floor, with generous windows offering superb views of down-town Montreal and part of Mt.-Royal. Almost brand new - only lived in for 8 months. Located in a cozy area of Griffintown, right on the west banks of beautiful Lachine Canal and its bike path. This condo offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort and practicality. Large and luminous kitchen, 9ft ceilings, 2 complete bathrooms, a huge walk-in closet (with its own window!), indoor parking included as well as a locker for storage.

The Gallery was awarded Best Project" by the ACQ thanks to the excellence of its construction, quality of materials and good integration into its environment. Common areas include an indoor pool, 2 magnificent roof top terraces, 3 small gyms and 2 large interior gardens facing the canal.
