A very well laid out 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with high end finishes in Phase/Quai 2A of the exclusive Bassins du Havre development. Quiet location facing the inner courtyard with canal view from the balcony. Well situated in trendy Griffintown, close to downtown and along Lachine canal and its linear park.

Condo development: Bassins du Havre has some of the best amenities of all developments in Griffintown. Each Phase/Quai has an outdoor pool and BBQ area on the rooftop terrace with stunning views of downtown, Lachine Canal, Mount Royal, new Champlain bridge and more. In Phase/Quai 2B there is a fully equipped 6,000 square foot gym (weights/yoga studio/cardio area) as well as an aquatic center with indoor pool, hammam, sauna and steam room. There is also a reception hall that can be used by the residents or be rented for private use.
