School bus service across the street for Felix Leclerc and St-Thomas High School.

New open concept kitchen with plenty of counters and cupboard space. Walk-in pantry, island with eat-in bar top, Quartz countertops, and under-mount sink. New flooring in the living room, dining and kitchen area, master bedroom, and basement. Three rooms on the main floor and two on the lower level. Electrical wiring replaced for copper with a 200-amp electrical panel. New plumbing throughout the house, including the main stack.
