This building is located in a good location near school, near bus stop, near highway, near water, a lot of potential to increase the income because the tenant have been there for a very long time without rent increase.

There is one 5 1/2 apartment and the other apartment is a 4 1/2 and on the main floor there is a restaurant with a lot of equipment included with the building, but for the moment it is rented as storage space. The other office has been rented to the same person for over 20 years.
