Very very easily convertible into a house (one-family? Two-generation?) Using the internal staircase at the back (insulated, unheated). Otherwise, it is a normal duplex and the front staircase is used by the tenant.

Family and quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the waterfront (Rapide Lachine). Backyard facing south. grassed and asphalted alleyway. Possible to make a parking space. Easy street parking. Very many cycle paths around.
