Close to elementary and high schools, two parks, the municipal library, the hospital, bicycle paths, the waterfront, the 2 arenas, and shops. Main floor (9047): 

  • Ideal for owner-occupant/family. Renovation of the bathroom, marble countertop (2011), kitchen, quartz countertops, drawers and doors with soft closing (2015), and family room and staircase (2019).
