The perfect home to settle and raise a family! Beautiful and calm neighborhood 100 meters from an elementary school and less than 1 kilometer from a high school.

All the perks from the proximity of the city with the peacefulness and security of the suburbs, without the drawbacks! A corner away from the beautiful Parc des Rapides, with its cycling and walking paths. A brand-new playground for kids a couple of hundred meters away. All the different stores you can think of are just a short 5-minute drive away, including Carrefour Angrignon. The neighborhood is located in a sweet spot in the area, giving you quick access to downtown Montreal, as well as both the north and south shore, easily.

Each room have been beautifully renovated and soundproofed. Plenty of storage room as well as a large space that can also be used as a workshop. Large family room with home theater, bar space and an area for a play room or gym. Two full bathrooms as well as a spacious laundry room.
