Very spacious open area type condo, inventive general layout to maximize spaces, and interesting materials choice.  Complete fenestration in the living room and dining room giving a view on Rachel street. A double glass door to access the balcony. Bricks wall in the living room, and storage facilities under counter around kitchen space.

Nice kitchen, U shaped, surrounded by the dining room and living room. Many closets, lightened cupboards, and many drawers. Big stainless steel counter and backsplash, double resine composite sink, controlled lightning.

Entrance walk-in with double sliding doors, followed by the laundry room with a glass door on the left-hand side.  Storage wall unit including glass console on the right-hand side.
