Beautiful condo type 3 1/2 located on the Plateau Mont-Royal (corner of Sherbrooke and Parthenais), in a small building of 5 units.

The condo has 1 closed bedroom, 1 kitchen / living room, a bathroom, 1 terrace. It was renovated in January 2018 (bathroom redone, painting, wall closing). There is a wardrobe in the bedroom, and a storage room in the hallway. The condo is equipped with an alarm system that can be connected to a central.
