Enjoy an ideal living space, with tons of natural light, huge windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick and stone walls.

  • Condo is currently rented at $1,990/month.
  • Last LACQ inspection was in October 2020. Grade: 766/1000,
  • Window replaced in the bedroom in 2011 and looking to install a new patio door soon.
  • Back brick wall and insulation (common area) were done in 2018 by Maçonnerie Dumonfort (about $44,000).
