Lots of parks, daycares, CPE, schools, public pools, sports centers, and cycle paths nearby. 1 min walk from a grocery store (Metro), a bakery, and a convenience store. 5 min walk from Mont-Royal avenue with all its charms: SAQ, bakeries, coffee shops, butcher shops, pastry shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, stores, etc.

Parking with or without a resident-only sticker in front of the apartment. Public transportation on all surrounding streets and just a few minutes away from Sherbrooke, Mont-Royal, or Papineau subway stations.
