Superb renovated condo in the heart of the Plateau.Condominium of six units, in concrete. Located 2 minutes walkfrom Lafontaine park, nice quiet area. Very close to Duluth Streetand close to Mont-Royal Avenue.
Close to all services, shops, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies,banks.
Public transport nearby: Sherbrooke Metro Station is an 11-minute walk away, Mt-Royal Metro is 13 minutes away.Communauto, Bixi stations, many bike paths.
A vignette of the city of Montreal is available for parking on thestreet.
Completely renovated in July 2017.All floors have beenrefurbished; bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen andbathroom (heated floor). Wall-mounted air conditioner (Daikin,9,000 BTU, 12-year warranty, transferable). Householdappliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave,washer and dryer, but the latter are functional. On the balcony,the shed was completely redone in March 2018 with a steel doorand a composite plank floor was installed in summer 2019.
