Magnificent undivided co-ownership on the ground floor completely renovated!

Quiet, tree-lined street (Avenue des Érables ;-) with cycle paths, family neighborhood.

Located near Avenue du Mont-Royal and all services, parks (Baldwin 2mn, Lafontaine 5mn), schools, daycare, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, SAQ, cafes, restaurants, and butcher. Lots of cycle paths to get around, BIXI stations.

The condo has 3 very good size bedrooms, perfect for families. A spacious walk-in with multiple IKEA structures and mirror-storage will allow you to store your laundry and accessories, door with key lock. The open concept living-kitchen-dining room encourages family reunions and makes everything very user-friendly. The condo also offers lots of storage spaces.

Inclusions: poles, curtains, blinds, light fixtures.

Exclusions: fridge, ceramic stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and some furniture, all to be negotiated.

The floors have been changed and the walls and ceilings freshly repainted.

Ideal courtyard for meals, BBQ, and/or an urban vegetable garden. The patio door can be locked and allows you to enter the condo from the back, after having parked the car in the private parking lot on the lane.
