Owners’ comments
Undivided condo, very well located, within a 2 minutes walk from Mont-Royal Avenue and all its shops and restaurants. Very quiet and warm neighborhood. The building has only 6 units and was completely renovated in 2013-2014 (windows, doors, front and rear balconies, roof, electricity, plumbing, ...). The unit has a private terrace and the backyard is protected by a locked fence, which gives access to the parking lot.
5 minutes walk from Parc Lafontaine and all its amenities (running, bike paths, skating, cross-country skiing, outdoor tennis court, children's playground, dog park)
Inclusions: Light fixtures, custom window shades/curtains, TV cabinet, wall-mounted air conditioner.
