Superb high-end condo refurbished in 2013 in one of the most sought-after areas of the Plateau, a stone's throw from Mont-Royal Street and all its amenities. 
Open concept with a separate space for the two closed bedrooms and the bathroom, high windows, and a large back door leading to the patio and the intimate yard. 

Parking space (large enough for 2 cars), back alley cleared of snow by the city, 5 minutes from Jacques-Cartier bridge.


Walk score of 93. Close to shops, grocery stores, outdoor activities, Lafontaine Park, sports center, public transportation, and everything you need within a 5-minute walk and 10 minutes from the Mont-Royal metro station.

    Soundproofing of one of the two bedrooms by installing Roxul type
  • Insulating wool, resilient bars, and FX QuickCut gypsum on the common wall and ceiling.
  • Following a water leak in the ceramic shower, a membrane was added to the shower and the ceramic was refurbished. 

The building is very well maintained by the co-owners.
