Beautiful condo open concept, very sunny. Arranged over two floors. Beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city and Mount Royal. Plateau quiet street, 5 min walk from metro Mont-Royal.

Open area with kitchen, dining room and lounge. Mezzanine and cathedral ceilings built with a storage space in the dining room. Large windows in the living room. Spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. Large bedroom with patio doors overlooking private balconies and views of the backyard neighbors with trees.
