Magnificent living space with large south-west facing windows flooding the vast open living space with natural light. Occupying the entire 2nd floor of a building that has an indoor entrance and staircase (very rare on the Plateau); this condo, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, is the ideal place to live! The kitchen includes a 42" x 90" island that sits in the middle of the open area, perfect for cooking, working and entertaining (when the situation will allow)!
Renovations were completed in 2010 (roof, doors, windows, plumbing, electricity, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies) and the wall-mounted air conditioning was installed in 2011. The water heater was purchased and replaced in May 2020. The kitchen counters were redone in quartz in early 2021. Exposed brick wall in the open space area. Original hardwood floors.
