All is possible to the discerning person who wants to live the local life in style and comfort, close to all.

Schools, shops, public transportation and all are within walking distance.

The space of the duplex is divided thus:

A street level entrance that is located off the main street. 

With a large front garden, older building with original features preserved and redone.

The downstairs apartment provides plenty of sunlight to the spacious loft style living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and breakfast nook / study. There is direct access from the kitchen to a lovely backyard. A classy layout uses some of the original features, where wood and high ceilings are found throughout.

Both apartments where professionally decorated in the modern classical loft style with an open concept that complements its old world charm.
Breakfast nook in the kitchen adjacent to kitchen overlooking the backyard original polished hardwood floors, added modern kitchen and bathroom and custom and updated fixtures and other details throughout.

All light fixtures are with low energy halogen lamps. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed (included) which is custom fitted and allows the room to double as a small office and also hides the entrance to the crawlspace where the water tanks are stored and also is used as some storage space.

The upstairs apartment has 3 enclosed rooms of which one is the main bedroom with the original wooden walls apparent and one room serves as a small storage, closet space. The other room doubles as a guest bedroom / office where the bed is a classic custom made Murphy bed (also included).

The living room with its original hardwood floor and apparent wood trimmings is open to the large kitchen which has been redone with granite counters and plenty of storage space. The ceramic floors and its appliances are modern but fit nicely with the classic style of the apartment. The washer and dryer have their hidden nook there.

The bathroom was updated with a large shower stall and a freestanding bathtub.

The duplex has extensively been updated and can be easily transformed into a cottage, have a 3rd floor added to it or keep as it is and rent one apartment out to help with the mortgage.

All appliances are included with the two custom fitted Murphy beds and are as is with no warranty.
