A two-level family house/Cottage in a prime location on the Plateau Mont-Royal, close to shops yet enjoying a green setting.

It has a playground in front of the house and is very close to the L.H. Lafontaine primary school, to the daycare center and 5 minutes walk to the Mont-Royal metro station.

On the ground floor: open-plan kitchen with a central island and wide access to the garden;  dining room; living room with glass partition windows and separate toilet.

On the upper level3 bedrooms as well as a large storage room (also used as an office), a bathroom, separate toilets and a very beautiful garden of 1,000 square feet. 

Further extension is possible (plans available).

The house has been renovated these last years, respecting this old house charm.
