Owners’ comments
Superb condo with two closed bedrooms, located on the third and top floor of our building (corner unit). Condo is in excellent condition and very well maintained. Peaceful street located in the Southwest.
Small balcony in the front and spacious terrace in the back (20' by 8'). Rooms and terraces are sunny. Indoor parking space included. Sole owner (no pets and non-smoker) since the construction of the building in 2011.
Condo is a 20-minute walk from the Charlevoix metro station and the Lachine Canal. Condo located in a neighborhood (Southwest), close to Downtown.
