Nice 1,384 sq. ft. industrial style condo distributed on two floors with a 12' 7" ceiling and private entrance, 3 minutes walking distance to the Atwater Market in a historic building on the edge of the Lachine Canal.
 
With an interior common courtyard and just beside the Parc des Corroyeurs. Near all services and shops (see details below).* Wide variety of restaurants. Cycle path and Bixi stations nearby. 10 minutes walking to both Lionel-Groulx and St-Henri metro stations.
 
General description:
- 1 interior parking lot near the unit.
- Private charging point for electrical vehicles with charge controller.
- Original wood beams and ceiling on the ground floor and basement.
- Original stone wall in the basement.
- Ventilation and air conditioning through a forced-air system (apparent galvanized steel conducts).
- Electric baseboard heating.
- Aluminium window frames with double laminated 5mm glasses (all changed between August 2019 and August 2020, 10 years warranty)
 - 60 gallons hot water tank (changed in 2015).
- Completely finished basement.
- Alarm system. 
- All lighting systems on dimmers (except one).
