 House, bright, and in an excellent location in Île-Bizard. The ground floor has a 9 feet high ceiling. Hardwood floors on the ground floor and upstairs. High quality finishes. The rooms are all very spacious and the light is abundant. Large kitchen with wooden cabinets that has a lot of work space (with built-in appliances). The kitchen and the family room share a wood fireplace that will warm your winter evenings. The basement is fully finished, with parquet floors. It includes one large closed bedroom, a very large common open space (for living room, gym, or according to your taste), a lot of storage space and a full bathroom.

The house includes 2 garages, a large fenced yard lined with cedar hedges and an automatic watering system.

Located in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods of Île-Bizard, the house is close to several schools, daycares, shops, and services of all kinds.

Also 2 steps away from the Bois-de-l'Île-Bizard nature park: hiking in the forest, cross-country skiing, cycling, jogging, snowshoeing, swimming, etc. Within a 5-minute walking distance.
