Verre sur vert - Superb luxurious corner unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large balcony (BBQ authorized). 9-foot ceilings, very large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. California style blinds in bedrooms. All closets have built-in shelving, including a walk-in in the master bedroom. Modern kitchen with large island and lots of storage. Hot water tank installed in 2016 (rental).

The building has a gym, heated pool, and communal area. 2 parking spots included as well as private concrete storage. This building has a green roof - completely renovated in 2019. Close to the walking and biking paths by the river, parks (splash pad), golf, spa, and 168 bus (downtown).

Renovations done in the unit: 
2016: All doors, plugs and light switches were changed.
2019: Addition of a third bedroom and addition of a large kitchen pantry.

Inclusions: Washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, all ceiling light fixtures, NEST thermostat, blinds and curtains, shelving in a concrete storage locker.

Exclusions: 2nd fridge (negotiable), TV wall-mount rack in living room, microwave, Phillips HUE light switches.
