Lovely condominium townhouse, back to back building design, rear unit.  Situated in a desirable neighborhood in Nuns' Island, near services and schools.  Walking distance to the park, with tennis and pool, and dog run.

Open air concept, kitchen, dining room, and living room, with access to 2 terraces on the side and in the back.  There is a wood fireplace in the living room which does not conform to the new municipal regulation.

This lovely home has 2 bedrooms with the possibility of a 3rd on the 2nd-floor mezzanine (loft), with a full bathroom on the first floor with separate shower as well as a bathroom on the ground floor.  The 2 bedrooms have walk-in closets.  Washer and dryer are on the first floor.

In the basement are 2 garages with storage and electric door openers.

Easy access to autoroutes 10 and 15.  30 minutes or less public commute to downtown, is a 5 minutes walk.  Rapid train station is scheduled for 2021.
