Very bright. New York-style loft in an old cookie factory. A Montreal Heritage building with lots of charm. High ceilings. Exposed brick walls. Amazing unobstructed views of the city on the rooftop terrace.  Interior parking space that fits a car and a medium-sized motorcycle (garage space valued at $40,000 in the area). Heated access ramp. No more shovelling snow. Big bedroom. I used to have my office in it along with a large king-sized bed. Walking distance to some of the most amazing restaurants and cafés in the city. Micro Brewery. Gyms. Movie theatre. Iconic Olympic Stadium. Botanical gardens. Wall climbing. Park across the street.  A serious gem of a neighbourhood. Safe building. 2 min from the highway.
