Magnificent bright condo located at two minutes walk from the Joliette station. Large area of more than 1,000 sq. ft. 

Large open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has lots of storage and the countertops and island are made of quartz

The condo also has 2 large closed bedrooms with lots of storage including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The bedrooms are located at the back. 

Spacious bathroom with large tub and separate ceramic shower. 

Has a parking space accessible from the alley at the back of the building.  The location is really ideal between the Angus Shops and Ontario Drive.

Close to schools, Maisonneuve CEGEP, Botanical Gardens, Olympic Park and its Living Space, Saputo Stadium, Maisonneuve Park, and health services. 

Inclusions: alarm system, Goodman air conditioning, Bosch dishwasher.

Possibility to include some other appliances.
