Magnificent condo on 2 floors with separate entrance, large rooms and lots of storage space that will make you feel at home! All floors are quality hardwood or ceramic.

The first floor of the unit is laid out as a large open area with a 9-foot ceiling including the kitchen, dining room, living room and shower room and leaving the owner a wide latitude of configurations. The kitchen includes a lot of cupboards offering great storage possibilities and a huge island allowing a lot of conviviality for cooking with several people.

The semi-basement has a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, another good-sized room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom or an office, a full bathroom with ceramic shower and a podium bath as well as numerous storage spaces.

The condo is an impeccable unit in a very well maintained and very well managed 6 unit building: low monthly contribution ($156) and very good contingency fund.
