Bright 3 1/2, located in the basement of a peaceful detached five plex. Located 125 steps from Joliette metro station and a few minutes walk from dynamic Ontario Street. The apartment benefits from two entrances: one, common interior, in the five plex and the other, private exterior and leading to a terrace on the side of the building, marvelously flowered in summer. Each room has its window, all changed in 2019. The roof of the building was redone in 2017. Appliances can be included in the sale. Stacked washer-dryer installed in a corner of the room. Undivided ownership, therefore, needs to have 20% of the price as down payment. Financing with the Caisses Desjardins required.
