This beautiful, open concept, 2 + 2 bedrooms main floor + basement property has been 100% renovated in 2019 with quality materials and designed by a local architect who had a constant attention for details as we captured a contemporary style yet respected the 1915 original cache through imposts, wooden beams, brick walls and original ceiling in the basement is located in the secret oasis of Viauville, in the south-east corner of downtown Montreal, the borough of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.  

Viauville is a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood lined by lots of mature large trees, parks, architecture and walking distance to organic cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores and Marche Maisonneuve.
