Perfect location

5-minute walk to Radisson metro (no exaggeration), so more or less 20 minutes to reach downtown. Close to major highways as well: Autoroute 25, Autoroute 40, the Louis-H-Lafontaine tunnel and the A25 bridge; Don't hesitate to look at the map to see how perfect this location is. 

2-minute walk to Provigo and SAQ;

5-minute walk to a large shopping center, La Place Versailles. Also, the Galeries d'Anjou shopping center is 3 km away by car;

30 seconds from a bike path that can lead to downtown, Bellerive Park, or that could lead you further East (Route Verte);

Notes on the condo unit

Two large rooms: Large master bedroom and a second room that can be converted into an office (as is the case currently), perfect for those working from home. There are also 2 big closets in the master bedroom with several shelves on the side and at the top for extra storage. 

Storage space: Large wardrobe at the entrance, storage room and / or laundry room contains lots of shelves and space as well, and lots of cabinets in the kitchen.

Open concept: Open concept offers an impression of freedom and flexibility.

Door between bedroom and office: This dividing door allows easy movement between the rooms, in addition to allowing additional light in the office.

Surveillance system: There are cameras at every entrance and in the garage as well for extra security. 

A/C system: There is an air conditioning unit on the wall in the living room which cools down quickly and efficiently in the summer. Remote control included. 

Bathroom: The bath and shower are separate, and there is a ventilator in the ceiling as well. 

Water heater: New water heater installed in 2019 by the firm Hydro-Solution.

Elevator: The building has a spacious elevator which is perfect if you wish to carry larger objects like furniture and/or appliances. 

Second car: It is possible to purchase a residents-only parking sticker in order to park right in front of the building.

Building administration

Very well managed building by experienced owners. I, myself, have been a member of the Board of Directors of the syndicate of co-owners since my arrival at the building (7 years ago). An external management firm helps us with the administration of the building. Very strong contingency fund and good financial health.
