The building was built in 1989 and has 3 large 5 1/2 units with all the same layouts in an open-air concept. Windows allow for an optimal amount of sunshine throughout the day. The backyard has a fence and can be accessed by the alley. Parking is easy on the street with the parking stickers restrictions allowing the tenants a place to park all year long.

Yearly revenue is $27,180. Heating and electricity are paid for by the tenants. All the patio doors and most windows have been changed in 2018.
